It’s a brand new month and holy crap it’s going to be a good one. I thought I’d do a quick roundup of some of the things I accomplished in April and some exciting things coming in May!

May Updates:
I told you there were going to be some exciting things coming in May, and they are BIG. I’ve got two book releases, I’m celebrating the 2 year anniversary of my publishing journey (which started with Soul Forgotten), and I’ve got that new Kindle Vella story in the works (which you will continue to get updates on if you follow my newsletter).
The end of the Warrior Series
May 11th is next week, which means we’re finally getting the last book in the Warrior series! The Balance of the Coilleach was potentially the easiest book to write in this series, only because after some additional twists and turns that I hadn’t planned in the earlier books finally came to fruition. There are massive battles, swords flying, delightful quirks from our favorite characters, and a twist ending that you might not see coming. I’ve even got an epilogue for you with some little spoilers and fun surprises sprinkled in.
Ten episodes have finally come to this ending and I cannot be more excited to share it with you. Plus, you can join me on Instagram at 7pm CT for a livestream to celebrate on May 11!
The start of the Star Series
May 25th is the next big day - the release of a brand new series! Star Collapsed follows the events of the Soul Series (my debut fantasy) but you don’t need the first three books to understand this story. It’s a planned trilogy with the second book coming later this year and the conclusion early next year. There are more superpowers, more explosions, more details and romance, and definitely more badass female characters.
The next few Fiction Friday features will celebrate the creation of the series AND the playlist that fits the book (because it’s part of the Blue Star world, which means there’s a playlist involved). Celebrating Soul Forgotten
The book that started it all! Soul Forgotten is celebrating its book birthday on May 27th!
Two years ago, I released a book just to prove I could… and it’s still one of my favorite things written to date. This book held a lot of firsts for me, but nothing compares to the feeling of knowing that Soul Forgotten launched my writing career and my passion for storytelling. I am so proud of every stage of that book, including the 50K words of garbage that it started as (the current story is 0% like that first draft, but I still love that draft and will protect it to the end of time).
There will be a few more exciting features on Soul Forgotten toward the end of the month!
